Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished and entirely pasture grazed in Douglas County (Franktown to be exact). It has been dry-aged for 28 days, which creates an intensely flavorful and tender cut. It is lean, delicious, and packed with heart-healthy Omega-3 fats and CLA's (conjugated linoleic acid), an extremely powerful antioxidant. Because grass-fed beef is so lean, it's important NOT to overcook it (it's best cooked to a lower temperature than conventional beef).
