Our Heritage Breed Pastured Pork is raised 100% out on pasture in Hotchkiss, CO by our friend, Toby. These inquisitive pigs thrive on lush, riverside pastures, rooting, roaming and playing amongst the nutrient-rich cottonwood forest and abundant fields on Toby's land. Fescue, clover, alfalfa, dandelion, chicory, rye and wheatgrass are abundant in the pastures.They are supplemented with non-GMO swine feed and special treats (like organic apples from a neighboring farm) when available.
